Getting Started with Loyal Campaign

This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your first campaign with Loyal Campaign.

Installation

1. Navigate to the app store for your e-commerce platform
2. Search for "Loyal Campaign"
3. Click "Install" or "Add to Store"
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation

Initial Setup

After installing Loyal Campaign, you'll need to configure a few basic settings:

1. Configure Email Provider: Set up your email service to enable campaign communications

   • Navigate to Settings > Email Configuration
   • Choose your email provider (SMTP or Mailgun)
   • Enter your credentials and save

2. Brand Settings: Customize the app to match your brand

   • Upload your logo
   • Set your brand colors
   • Customize default messaging templates

Creating Your First Campaign

Referral Campaign

1. From the dashboard, click "Create Campaign"
2. Select "Referral Campaign"
3. Fill in the campaign details:
   • Campaign name
   • Start and end dates (optional)
   • Reward structure for both advocate and friend
4. Customize the email templates
5. Review and launch your campaign

Affiliate Campaign

1. From the dashboard, click "Create Campaign"
2. Select "Affiliate Campaign"
3. Configure campaign settings:
   • Campaign name
   • Commission structure
   • Discount code parameters
4. Create your affiliate landing page
5. Review and launch your campaign

Next Steps

Once your campaign is live, you can:

• Monitor performance in the Analytics dashboard
• Adjust campaign parameters as needed
• Invite affiliates to join your program
• Promote your referral program to existing customers
